Certification
During each course there is continuous assessment and evaluation. At the end of the course students will be issued a certificate signed by Mr. Yashavant Kanetkar. Apart from the certificate, it is the immense Knowledge that the student acquires by doing courses at KICIT that the students and the software companies value most.
Projects
At KICIT, after completion of each course, students are encouraged to carry out Project work based on the contents covered in that course. Typically a team of 5-7 students work on the project. The Project work is intended to make the students market ready. As a result, the students get first hand feel of various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is available for male students from outside Nagpur. There are 10 seats in the hostel and they are made available on first come first served basis. To avail the hostel facility students would be required to pay Rs. 4000/-. This would cover their stay for the for the entire duration of the course that they have joined. Cot, Mattress, Bed sheet, Pillow, Table and Chair would be provided to each student. There are many messes available nearby. The approximate cost of food per month is Rs. 1200/- to 1500/. Many other boys and girls hostels are available within walking distance. If our hostel is completely occupied then we can help you to find accommodation in other nearby hostels once you reach our office at Nagpur.
